How Glue handles your information
Draft. This page is a placeholder written by the Glue team and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. It will be replaced before the app launches.
Last updated: October 2026.
What we collect today
This website only collects what you give us through the waitlist form: your email address and the role you select (patient, family member, caregiver, pharmacist, physician or nursing home). We use it to tell you when Glue is available and, occasionally, to ask whether you would like to help test it.
What the app will collect
When the Glue app launches it will ask for health information you choose to enter: medications and schedules, whether doses were taken, blood pressure readings, mood check-ins and, if you connect a wearable, activity data. This information is shared only with the people you invite into your care circle, and you control who sees what.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal or health information.
- We do not show advertising.
- We do not share information with insurers, employers or anyone else without your explicit, per-case consent.
Reminders by text and phone
If you or a family member choose SMS or voice-call reminders, we send those through a telephony provider. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end reminders.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to be removed from the waitlist or to ask what we hold about you. We will answer within 30 days.
Not medical advice
Glue is a family coordination tool. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
